Valley & Bloom leases out space.
Luxury apartments Valley & Bloom – alongside LCOR and with co-developer The Pinnacle Companies – have successfully leased out 20,000 square feet of office space to The Regus Group and Sotheby’s International.
According to a recent news release, Valley & Bloom is comprised of two six-story buildings located in the heart of Montclair, including a total of 20,000 square feet of office space, 22,000 square feet of retail space, 258 rental apartments, ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts and 571 parking spaces.
“The goal of Valley & Bloom is to create a valuable transit-oriented development in the heart of Montclair that will serve tenants and nearby residents alike,” said James Driscoll, Senior Vice President of LCOR. “The Regus Group and Sotheby’s will add a dynamic mix of office tenants to Montclair, bringing added success to the already evolving community.”
The Regus Group signed 13,368 square feet at 28 Valley Road in order to provide the town with efficient and flexible work space for tenants, according to the release. Sotheby’s took the remaining 6,444 square feet at 32 Valley Road as Montclair provided the company with an ideal location to expand their global real estate business.
The Regus Group is the largest provider of flexible workspace for both small businesses and large corporations. The company holds over 3,000 business centers in over 900 cities around the world, which helps businesses to be flexible with their office needs.
According to the release, Sotheby’s International Realty provides marketing and referral program for independent real estate brokerages around the world. The network, which stemmed from the prestigious Sotheby’s auction house, connects independent real estate companies to prestigious clientele.
Valley & Bloom is owned and operated by LCOR and was co-developed by LCOR and The Pinnacle Companies. The project marks phase one of the Montclair Center Gateway Redevelopment Plan.
