Satisfy your needs with Sweet Home Montclair.
Located at 632 Valley Road, Sweet Home Montclair is where you can find homemade double-dipped chocolate gourmet pretzels, fun home accents and other little touches that you won’t be able to find anywhere else!
Sweet Home Montclair was created and opened by owner Paul Giordano. In fact, this is Giordano’s second store in the area. His first store, Paul Michael Designs located in Whippany, focuses on floral arrangement and event preparations.
After purchasing the space for Sweet Home Montclair almost six years ago, Giordano opened the unique store with all the items that they have to offer to the Montclair community. Although Sweet Home Montclair offers an array of chocolate delicacies, the store goes way beyond just that! In fact, Sweet Home Montclair offers unique greeting cards for every occasion, high-end paper supplies and even elegant gifts that you’ll find nowhere else.
Starting off with the chocolate, Sweet Home Montclair offers a variety of different chocolates for those who are looking to cure their sweet tooth. Those flavors available consist of hazelnut toffee, dark Almonds, dark cashews, milk chocolate, mint chip caramels, toffee pistachios, milk chocolate almonds and milk chocolate peanuts.
If you’re interested in chocolate covered pretzels, then their pretzel menu might wow you! Sweet Home Montclair offers a large variety of pretzels, which are homemade and double dipped. Of the pretzels available, some are Butterfinger, Peanut Butter Cookie, Chocolate Macaroon, Malted Milk Balls, Triple Chip, Snow Caps and many more.
“Sweet Home Montclair is my go-to store for chocolate covered anything,” said customer Debra Caines. “I often come in looking for just chocolate covered pretzels and end up leaving with much more because everything inside the store is so cute and perfect for home decorating!”
Taking a step back from the chocolates, Sweet Home Montclair offers much more to community besides their delicious treats. The amAsilo Project is a tribute that they have to a “dear friend,” in which the proceeds of purchases of select tagged items are donated to the Human Needs Food Pantry of Montclair, Montclair Township Animal Shelter or the Arms Wide Open Childhood Cancer Foundation.
