Stay colorful with Tory Burch’s floral styles.
Inspired by the 1969 film La Piscine, meaning “the swimming pool,” Tory Burch’s line showed off many elements of a garden and pool theme. The runway was set up to resemble water, making it look like the models were strutting through a swimming pool.
Tory Burch’s spring collection features many shades of green, as well as neutrals like white and silver. Burch incorporated many different things such as leather, perforations and latticework, along with patterns like floral prints in order to make these looks stand out from other designer’s lines in an elegant way.
Every look that was sent down the runway was one that could be worn by all women, no matter what her style or age is. There were looks for lounging by the pool, getting lunch with a friend or even a special night out.
Another great aspect of Tory Burch’s most recent runway show was all of the amazing accessories. All of the outfits were paired with simple yet stunning jewelry, handbags and shoes, many of which followed the garden theme as well by resembling flowers.
Tory Burch has also recently released her new fragrance and beauty line, which she is very excited about, stating on her website “I hope you love it as much as I do.” Her fragrance, which she says was inspired by her history, mixes “feminine florals, like peony and tuberose and warm woodsy cedar and sandalwood.”
