Campanella Law Office LLC possesses the passion to ensure your individual cases are taken care of!
Gina Campanella of Campanella Law Office LLC established her firm on Nov. 1, 2015. “I’m looking forward to providing my clients with the benefit of my ‘big firm’ and in-house experience while maintaining the personal relationships that a small office environment allows me to develop,” said Campanella, who specializes in health care regulatory and transactional matters.
Campanella first realized she wanted to be an attorney at an early age while participating in her high school Debate Club. She was reeled in by the creativity of the process. “Many people don’t realize the creativity that is involved in being an attorney,” said Campanella. “For litigators, it is the creativity to make a compelling case with whatever facts your client presents you with, no matter how good or bad. For someone like me, the creativity comes in when a client comes in with a starting point and a goal and is looking to you for a comprehensive – and legal – way to get there.”
Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2012 and Juris Doctor in 2005, Campanella has set an exceptionally high bar for herself. She graduated with honors from Union College with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2002. She is also a member of the Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society for Healthcare Administration and served as president of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society for History.
Campanella’s goal is “to provide [her] clients with the legal and regulatory support they need to focus on what really matters – patient care.” Her passion is quite evident: one can see the joy on her face as she describes helping clients meet their goals
“Whether it is purchasing or leasing a new office, finally getting their new practice underway or transitioning in a new young associate so they can finally spend more time at their vacation home, there is something very satisfying about taking that stress off the client’s shoulders and making it all simple for them,” said Campanella. Handling each case with immense care, every new client becomes a top priority.
With over a decade of experience as a practicing attorney, including serving as in-house counsel for a state licensed ambulatory surgical center and ambulatory care facility and participating in private practice with one of New Jersey’s premier healthcare law firms, Campanella continues to be an active member to many such organizations. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, where she participates in the Health Law Section and the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s Vincent J. Apruzzese Mock Trial Competition Committee.
Campanella has proudly practiced law in the State of New Jersey and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 2006, the District of Columbia since 2013, and the State of New York since 2013. The New Jersey Super Lawyers has recognized the talented Gina Campanella as a Rising Star in 2014 and 2015.
For anyone interested in practicing law, Campanella advises them to “take every internship or observation opportunity and try everything while you are still in school and have the ability to explore all different fields. A transition like [hers] is not easy, and in the legal field direct experience is often the only way to really tell if you will enjoy a particular field of practice.”
