Get ready for a special culinary event presented by Chef Anthony Pino and the AD Catering Events team on Saturday, Oct. 3: the Farm-to-Fork dinner which will benefit the City Green food education programming.

“I am so excited about AD Catering’s new partnership with City Green Farms,” said Pino, Executive Chef of Pino Hospitality. “Working with Jen Papa, Jasmine Moreano and farmer, Todd Gustafson has been amazing. Anthony David’s and Bin 14 have been serving up their organic produce all summer. And now we get to continue growing together, kicking it off with our first event on Oct. 3.”

Tickets to this exciting event are $100 per person, and are tax deductible. $30 from each ticket goes back to the farm to assist in raising awareness. This culinary event will take place at the City Green Farm Eco-Center, located at 171 Grove Street in Clifton, N.J.

The event on Saturday will kick off at 5:30 p.m. with some cocktails and a tour of the farm, followed by an incredible farm-fresh meal at 6:30 p.m. The Farm-to-Fork dinner and wine pairing will be prepared by Chef Pino, and will include a four-course family-style Autumn dinner featuring delicious produce from the farm.

City Green is a beautiful not-for-profit farm and educational center in Clifton, NJ. They are dedicated to establishing urban farms and gardens in northern New Jersey, and expanding access to healthy food. With the help and guidance of AD Catering, City Green is enhancing their capacity for catered outdoor events.

“We love working with the farm, farmer Todd Gustafson and the kids,” said Chef Pino. “We’ve been serving their amazing non-GMO produce at Anthony David’s and Bin 14. Can’t wait for you to experience AD Catering’s Fall event here! Come join us
in supporting the farm, and experience one of NJ’s most charming special event venues.”
