As for lunch, Red Eye Cafe offers a variety of sandwiches just like breakfast. Some of the sandwiches are: the “Ham & Smoked Gouda” which has artichoke, garlic mustard sauce and fresh spinach on ciabatta; the “Hummus and Hot Sauce” with cucumber, roasted peppers and carrots on multigrain toast; the “Blue Velvet” which has roasted beef with pickled blueberries and shallots, cream cheese and arugula on ciabatta; the “Turkey & Pear” which has brie, avocado, arugula and herb mayo on multigrain; the “Tarragon Chicken Salad” which has white meat chicken salad and tomatoes on a cranberry walnut bread and much more.
