Strange Xchange Returns to Montclair

With your host, Mark & Mark from Weird NJ, the pop up flea market, Strange Xchange will be happening on Saturday, June 25 at the Wellmont Theater.

Get ready for things to get weird at the Strange Xchange, hosted by Mark & Mark of Weird NJ. On Saturday, June 25, the Wellmont Theater will be having a pop up flea market from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Wellmont Theater is located at 5 Seymour St. in Montclair and can be best contacted at 973-783-9500. The box office hours as follows:

  • Monday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Two hours before show time on show days

“I’ve never been to the Strange Xchange, but after checking out their website, it’s definitely something I would attend with a bunch of my friends,” said Brandon Major, intrigued prospect. “It’s awesome to know that something as cool as this event is hosted in Montclair because I truly enjoy the town itself. It gives me another reason to visit since I’m a resident of Belleville.”

The Strange Xchange will have over 45 vendors selling cool stuff. There will be vinyl, art, books, jewelry, crafts, vintage, toys and unique apparel. For more entertainment, expect astrologers, psychics, face painters, clowns and side show performers. Don’t worry about eating before or after the event as food trucks will available, along with music.

Be sure to purchase tickets  as soon as possible for this unbelievable event. VIP/Early Bird specials are at $10 per person, with the first 100 receiving swag bags.   • 7 North Willow St.
  • 19 North Fullerton Ave. at the Chase Bank
  • 159 Glenridge Ave. at the YMCA
  • 172 Glenridge Ave. (corner of Glenridge Ave and North Willow St.)
