In a recent article by The Montclair Dispatch‘s very own writer, Theadora Lecour, we learn that Pig & Prince has a unique and worthwhile dining experience that has yet to be unmatched.

Oktoberfest at  Pig & Prince with Chef Michael Carrino, will be its biggest yet, taking place in the Lackawanna Terminal Parking Lot on Sat. Sept. 24 from 12 – 7 P.M.

The event will feature more than 14 local vendors. Available beers will include beers from Carlton Brewing, New Jersey Beer Company, Brooklyn Brewery, Firestone Walker, Hacker Pschorr, Hofrbrauhaus Munchen, Paulaner and Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Music at the Oktoberfest will be presented by Jersey City’s The One and Nines, and Montclair’s very own The Porchistas and The Defending Champions.  Expect live music to be played all day long on the Montclair Center Stage.

Admission to the adult-focused, rain or shine event is free and open to all. It’ll be a great opportunity for family and friends to get together and see what the great town of Montclair has to offer.

By attending Oktoberfest, one will easily see the bolstering inter-business relationships and partnerships that strengthen Montclair’s renowned artisan-based economy. Montclair is truly a great place to live, work, and and play.

“We are super excited to bring some energy back into the Lackawanna neighborhood. It’s important that we seek to activate areas of our downtown with fun, family friendly reasons to get out of the house and play.” said Israel Cronk, Executive Director  of Montclair Center.
