Now, they are selling them fully bloomed and I knew I had to get my hands on one. They [American Iris Society and Presby Memorial Iris Gardens] really does a good job at putting events like this together.”
The Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, located at 474 Upper Mountain Ave., is known for their public iris garden that contains about 1,500 iris varieties that produce over 100,000 blooms each May. Starting May 12 through June 3, bloom seasons begins, which means blooming has just finished and is the perfect time to pick up a bearded iris!
