Ted Nugent set to rock the house.
Ted Nugent is set to take on the Wellmont stage on Tuesday, July 22 alongside Pistol Day Parade.
Ted Nugent is an American rock legend, putting his name out there as lead guitarist of the Amboy Dukes before setting off his solo career. Nugent is rocking out with his “I Still Believe Tour,” which is coming right here to the Wellmont.
Longtime Ted Nugent fans will know such classics as “Stranglehold,” “Stormtroopin’” and “Hey Baby.”
Pistol Day Parade will be opening for Ted Nugent. They have been seen as one of the top Indie rock bands in the midwest. Their debut EP She Wants More was released in 2009 and they took the world by storm.
According to their website, since 2009 “the band has headlined countless shows at Detroit’s famous Fillmore, and has also opened for legendary acts, such as; Stone Temple Pilots, Filter, Creed, Candlebox, Theory Of A Deadman, Saving Abel, Tantric, Pop Evil and more.”

Cuban Pete’s sets the most laid-back feel to grab grub and drinks before the show begins. It is directly behind the Wellmont Theater. The convenience is one reason to definitely check it out but is not the sole reason. The restaurant serves great Cuban food and encourages BYOB. Bring a bottle or two of wine with you and they will shake up a killer Sangria.
