Tropical Styles

Tropical prints are becoming more and more popular this spring and summer. They're available to your wardrobe at nearly any of the Montclair shops.

Tropical prints are something that everyone can wear.

I’ve been doing a ton of spring shopping lately and I have been seeing myself gravitate toward and grow a strong infatuation for all the Hawaiian and tropical prints that are making their way into stores. This trend may seem only appropriate for a beach getaway and not everyday wear, but with the new pieces being seen, they are definitely perfect for any everyday look.

Inspired by the looks seen recently on the runway such as Prada, Jason Wu and Marc Jacobs, the tropical prints have received a serious high fashion upgrade. Incorporating the Hawaiian print with embellishments and details, the tropical prints are a very chic spring staple.

The tropical prints are seriously everywhere, and definitely a must have for the spring. From rompers to bomber jackets, heels, skirts, tops, clutches and anything else you need for your spring wardrobe is available at any store located near you in Montclair, such as Anthropologie on Bloomfield Avenue.

From daytime to nighttime, this tropical trend can be carried throughout your day for any event. I find this trend to be flexible and fun for many reasons. Whether at work or out on the town you can wear your favorite pair of work pants amped up with a festive tropical blouse accessorized with a staple necklace. From beach-wear to dinner-wear you can seriously sport this trend anytime and anywhere you are going!

Lastly, what I love the most is the ability to mix and match the tropical prints. The mismatched look is very hot this spring and there’s nothing more perfect to mismatch then tropical prints. Incorporating two, three or even four tropical prints in your outfit will never fail you.

Staying on trend is never hard when you have so many stores right here in Montclair to help you achieve any look you are going for. If you are planning a spring shopping trip soon, I would absolutely recommend picking up a few pieces in tropical and Hawaiian prints because you will definitely love them and find yourself wearing them very often this spring and summer.
