Kaela Anderson Earns Senior Spotlight

Montclair High School senior Kaela Anderson interns at The Montclair Dispatch for her four-week internship.

MHS senior Kaela Anderson interned at The Montclair Dispatch for the Career Internship Program. Anderson was assigned the task of searching for historic photos of the town of Montclair, which she looked for at the Montclair Public Library. After historic photos were collected, Anderson was sent out to photograph the same buildings and areas in Montclair that she found in the photos from the library. Anderson attempted to mimic the photos she found as best she could, taking the pictures from the same distance, angle, etc. Below are some of the historic images paired with the recent images taken of recognizable spots in Montclair. The following photos, in order, are: The Wellmont Theater, The Montclair Art Museum, and what is now Coldwell Banker.
