Siena Nearly Sells Out

The Siena, a premier condo building located on the corner of Church Street and South Park Street in Montclair, has recently announced that they are almost 100 percent occupied, with only a “handful of units available for purchase. Only one 1,856-square-foot retail space is available for lease.”

The premier condo building offers both residential spaces and retail spaces, but both are filling up quickly so interested buyers should think fast.
