Rehearsal for Murder is a story about a leading lady who is found dead from an apparent suicide after mixed reviews of her performance at the opening night of her Broadway stage debut. Her fiancé, and the playwright, is left heartbroken after the news. On the first anniversary of her death, he gathers the cast and crew from that night in the same Broadway theater. The playwright has come up with a way to catch the killer by having them read the scenes from his new play that he is working on about a mystery in which a famous actress is killed.

“It’s a murder mystery; it’s great acting. It’s a lot of fun and it’s good for families,” said rehearsal manager Annette Winter.
