The Siena, a premier condo building, approaches full occupancy.
The Siena, a premier condo building located on the corner of Church Street and South Park Street in Montclair, has recently announced that they are almost 100 percent occupied, with only a “handful of units available for purchase. Only one 1,856-square-foot retail space is available for lease.”
The premier condo building offers both residential spaces and retail spaces, but both are filling up quickly so interested buyers should think fast. There are a few retail spaces left and just one retail space, which is alongside other popular shops on the street-level, including the newest shops: Chocolate Works, the Heritage House restaurant and Jimmy John’s gourmet sandwiches.
The Siena holds 101 residences ranging from 771 square feet all the way up to 2,800 square feet. The condo building also offers “concierge service, two passenger elevators, underground garage parking, on-site maintenance, a rooftop community terrace and an entrance foyer with marble accents and a water wall.” Additionally, just below the Siena on the street-level are retailers such as Starbucks, the Woodhouse Spa and Supercuts. Within the condos are stainless steel appliances, European cabinetry, ceramic stone bathroom floors, in-unit laundry room, controlled heating and cooling systems and open concept living areas.
The Pinnacle Companies, owners of the Siena, was founded 30 years ago and is a developer and investment owner of different types of properties, including
